Dean Jalaf, co-founder of ADORN, spent close to 14 years in the doors, windows and architectural industry before starting ADORN — a specialist in German sliding and bifolding doors and windows, working as a sales specialist and building relationships with homeowners, architects and installers across the sector. That experience, in specification, in customer relationships, and in the day-to-day reality of what makes a good entrance, shaped the standard ADORN is built to meet.

Raj Salhotra, co-founder of ADORN, brings a similar depth of experience in the doors, windows and architectural industry — his own long-standing relationships with homeowners, architects and installers, built over years working as a sales specialist across the sector. Together, Dean and Raj combine over 50 years across the doors, windows and architectural industry — knowledge and relationships built long before ADORN existed, now brought together under one new brand.
