Orders and Quotations

Quotations provided by ADORN are valid for the period stated on the quotation. An order is confirmed once a deposit has been paid and specifications have been agreed in writing.

Survey and Specification

Following order confirmation, our team will carry out a survey at your property to confirm exact measurements before production begins. Final specifications are confirmed with you before manufacture.

Manufacture and Delivery

Doors are manufactured to order in Germany and delivered to our Uxbridge showroom ahead of installation. Estimated production and delivery timescales will be confirmed at the point of order.

Installation

Installation is carried out by our own ADORN team. Access arrangements and site preparation requirements will be agreed with you in advance of the installation date.

Warranty

Every ADORN entrance is covered by a single warranty, with ADORN as your one point of contact for the product and the installation.

Cancellation

Your right to cancel, and any applicable cancellation charges once production has begun, will be set out in your order confirmation in line with UK consumer contract regulations.
